Pistachio Nut Bread

1 pkg. plain butter yellow cake mix (no pudding)
Dough Ingredients:
1 small box pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
8 oz. sour cream

Sugar Mixture Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 T or more cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix bread ingredients together- grease 2 loaf pans. Pour 1/2 dough into pans, sprinkle center mixture on top of dough, pour rest of the dough into pans. Put rest of sugar mixture on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min. or less.
