1 stick of butter/margarine
1 Jiffy brand cornbread
1 can creamed corn
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. You can put shredded cheddar cheese in and on top if you want.
