Parmesan Green Bean Casserole

2 lb Fresh green beans
1 Large red bell pepper (juilenne)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup chopped bacon (cut into 1/2 squares)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Mix heavy cream, sour cream and garlic in a bowl.
Place green beans in an even layer in a greased glass casserole pan.

Pour the cream mixture over the green beans.
Evenly layer the bacon, red pepper and then the cheese over the beans. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (the cheese should be golden brown when done).
