Southern Fried Baked Steak

Round Steak
2 Eggs
Flour
Milk
Salt & Pepper
1 Can beef broth
1 onion, sliced

Cut the round steak into serving sized pieces.

Place in flour, egg and again into the flour.

Fry in oil till brown on both sides.

Drain.

Take a 9×13 pan and place the sliced onions on bottom.

Place steak on top and add the beef broth.

Place aluminum foil over top and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours

Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
